Installing another caching plugin is not a performance strategy. Start by finding the slow layer, then change the smallest thing that fixes it.
Measure before changing
Check real user experience, server response time and the slowest templates. One global score cannot tell you which layer is responsible.
Separate front-end and back-end slowness
A fast cached homepage can hide a slow admin, checkout or logged-in experience. Test the paths that matter to the site: admin, checkout, logged-in pages and other real user flows.
Review plugin and database overhead
Large autoloaded options, repeated queries, scheduled jobs and heavy plugins can create delay before the browser receives anything.
Use cache deliberately
Page cache, object cache and CDN cache solve different problems. More cache layers are not automatically better.
Optimize media and delivery
Right-size images, modern formats, lazy loading and fewer blocking assets reduce transfer and rendering cost.
